If any product is received in a dilapidated condition due to mishandling, the shipment must be delivered at the users cost to our warehouse located at No: 3/129, Jayalakshmi Nagar Moulivakkam, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600116.
Mathaabhi Enterprises will take responsibility to ship a replacement once the old shipment reaches us. The original invoice copy should be attached with the defective product.
Every product has manufacturers writeup, it is expected that the buyer is aware of these terms and the usage of the product responsibly. Subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
Mathaabhi's liability will not exceed the total billed amount on the invoice under any condition. The shipment warranty is applicable within India only.
