Cancellation and Refund Policy

Online Payment on Website and App

1. The Website and App provide you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website or App.

2. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Livecure shall not be liable:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy are only applicable to all online payments made through the website for booking appointments.

In case cancellation is initiated by end user for Pain Management:

  • If system has generated some error and user is not able to see the solution - 100% of Consultation Fees will be refunded.
  • If some error has generated from the user side due to any reason - then Livecure is not responsible for this as Livecure has no means to verify that - neither Consultation Fees nor Convenience Fees will be refunded.

In case cancellation is initiated by end user for Appointment:

  • Before Scheduled Appointment Time - 100% of Consultation Fees will be refunded. However, please note that convenience fees will not be refunded.
  • After Scheduled Appointment Time- neither Consultation Fees nor Convenience Fees will be refunded.

In case Cancellation is initiated by Livecure due to unavailability of Doctor/Therapist/Healer:

  • 100% of Consultation Fees and Convenience fees will be refunded to the end user.

At the time of cancellation, the amount will be refunded via the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only. Typically, refunds are processed in 10 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account/accountholder’s bank account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
